Deliveries and Returns

Upon taking delivery of the goods, we advise that you examine them thoroughly, and should they appear to be faulty or damaged in any way, or that some components are missing, you must sign for as damaged and inform and advise us of the problem within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not intend to use the goods for a period of time after receipt, we strongly urge you to check them even so, as we cannot accept complaints about faulty goods thereafter. Although we endeavour to try to ensure your purchase arrives with you on time and intact, we cannot accept responsibility for any costs incurred through late delivery, or from incomplete or damaged goods as a result of being in transit if not signed for as such. We do not accept responsibility for goods that are left, under instruction by the customer, in a designated place of safety, i.e.:- garden shed, garage etc.


Whilst we make every effort to despatch the goods to you as quickly as possible from time of order, and subject to availability, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they order in plenty of time, especially for a specific reason, to avoid disappointment. In the event of goods not being available, we will inform you as such and offer an alternative if possible or refund if your payment has been processed. We accept no responsibility for goods that are not in stock and required for specific purpose.

Important Notice

All goods require a signature as proof of delivery. It is the customers responsibility to be present when deliveries are made. If the customer is not present when goods are delivered, they will be carded and will have to collect the goods themselves from the depot stated upon the courier card. Failure to do so will result in the goods being delivered back to us and an extra carriage charge, the same amount as the previous delivery costs, will be required before the goods can be redelivered to the customers address. In addition to this, if goods require delivery to an address other than the billing/card holders address, then this must be a legitimate business address.  Should the customer enter instructions on the delivery note to the effect of leaving the goods in a garage or shed or to leave with a neighbour, for example, we will not be held accountable if goods are then not received by the customer. We require a telephone number for all orders related to the card holders address and/or delivery address.


We must be fully informed of any goods that you wish to return to us. We will not accept any goods without prior notification. Goods must be returned in original, unused condition with original packaging. Carriage charges are non refundable unless the goods are faulty or not fit for purpose as stated in the Sale of Goods Act. Collection can be arranged if goods are faulty, however if found to be not defective upon examination, the goods, upon notification to the customer, will be returned and both carriage costs and return costs will be charged to the customer. Please note that any refundable carriage costs will not exceed the total amount incurred or charged by us at the time of initial despatch. All other carriage costs will remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery Costs

All extra delivery costs will be charged to the customer and will be payable before delivery.
